These terms apply to your use of GeoQuest Maps at geoquestmaps.com.
1. Using the site
You may use GeoQuest Maps for personal, educational and other lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, interfere with other visitors, bypass security measures or use automated traffic in a way that harms the site or its advertising relationships.
2. Educational content
We aim to keep country, capital and map information useful and accurate, but geography data can be simplified, disputed or change over time. The game is provided for learning and entertainment and should not be treated as an authoritative source for legal borders, navigation or geopolitical decisions.
3. Map data and third-party services
Map boundaries are derived from Natural Earth public data. The site may also use third-party services such as Google AdSense. Those services can have their own terms and privacy practices.
4. Availability and changes
We may add, remove or change game modes, scores, questions, site features or these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that browser-stored progress will always be recoverable.
5. No account backup
Current progress is saved in browser storage, not a user account. Clearing browser data, changing devices or using private browsing may remove or isolate that progress.
6. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees that it will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
